Production of invitations begins upon receipt of deposit, submission of "Shop Policies" form, information/details for invitation and supplies. The process takes approximately 6 to 12 weeks from start to finish depending on complexity of designs. 

Each item comes with two rounds of revisions. For custom invitations, a first round of draft will be added on top of the revisions. Any additional revisions after that will incur additional costs. This will be added into your final bill before your invitations are shipped off or collected. Any additional revision can potentially push your final dates so it is best to ensure that all requirements are properly set at the initial design stage.  

Please check your proofs properly. At every design stage sign off, you agree that you have checked your proofs and all designs are final. Unless it is an error on our part, any reprints that's based off the final approved proofs will be at the client's cost. Teresaling Calligraphy will not be responsible for any reprinting costs pertaining to that situation. 

For custom invites, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the final bill is required before the process commences. This is to protect myself and the time spent. Any cancellation after the deposit is collected will not be returned. Full payment is required before your custom invitations are sent to you/picked up.



Each envelope is addressed by hand in the style that the client chooses or agrees to. As such, calligraphy on each envelope will differ slightly depending on length of address and names. The nature and beauty of handwritten calligraphy is that no two are exactly the same. 

If the client are sending envelopes to be addressed, please send 15-20% envelopes more that the required total to cover for mistakes or additions of names. 



Each place card/escort card is addressed by hand in the style that you choose or agree to. As such, calligraphy on each place card/escort card will differ slightly. The nature and beauty of handwritten calligraphy is that no two are exactly the same. 

If the client are sending cards for us to write on, please send 15-20% more than the required total to cover for mistakes or additions of names. 



Please send the names and/or addresses in a Word/Excel document. Names and addresses will be written exactly how it's sent to us. All items will be thoroughly checked by us before it is sent off or collected. However, if you find a mistake of our doing, please let us know within 48 hours and we will have them corrected ASAP. If an error is found on the document that was sent over, a replacement or a refund will not be entertained. However, the client can supply us with the envelope(s)/card(s) and we will write it at the client's cost (postage and calligraphy services cost). 



All information provided to Teresaling Calligraphy will never be sold or traded to outside parties. However we reserve the right to disclose this information where it is required by law.

We reserve the right to collect information regarding the ways and frequencies our customers interact with our site.



All of our handmade papers are done manually and by hand. As such, no two papers are exactly the same. Due to the handmade nature of these papers, there may be variances with the size of papers. 

Our handmade papers are made with 100% recycled cotton rags and papers come natural with deckled edges. 

All handmade paper sales are final. 



Clients are responsible for the costs of shipping/delivery. All items will be send via courier and tracking will be provided. International orders may be charged tax or tariff upon entry into the country, which is the responsibility of the client. 

Teresaling Calligraphy and the client will agree to a delivery date. A 20% rush order fee will be included should the client need the items sooner than expected. The client will also be responsible for the expedited shipping costs. 

Please note that Teresaling Calligraphy will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the courier service or lost of package once shipment has been sent. Additionally, Teresaling cannot guarantee delivery dates on behalf of the courier service

Pick up/collection can be arranged around the vicinity of Berowra or Hornsby, NSW at the agreed date and time. Last minute cancellations will incur a cost. 

If the wrong package has been went, we truly apologise! Everything is packed and checked by humans but errors may happen. If that is the case, please inform us within 48 hours so that we can rectify the situation. 

If a package arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours and we will investigate the situation. If the damaged items are due to forces outside our control, we are not responsible but we can work with the clients to provide the best remedy to the situation. 



Due the handwritten nature of some of our items, we cannot offer a refund or a replacement on custom handwritten calligraphy items. With handwritten items, it is natural to have slight variances in spaces, size and style of lettering.
